Client Testimonials

Mark was our inspector and he was very thorough, very personable, and very knowledgeable. As first time home buyers we really didn’t know what to expect from an inspection and/or how to understand the inspection report. He really broke everything down for us and took the time to answer questions and was willingly and happily available for follow-up questions/recommendations. I highly recommend Summit Home Inspections!

Armand was excellent for our home inspection. he was incredibly thorough and informative. He said he inspects homes as if his children were going to live there, and that’s what it felt like. I’d highly recommend their service!

Armand and Mark were thorough, honest and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better experience- the knowledge they have about homes and we’re able to explain to me in understandable terms was awesome. Thank you thank you.

The guy that came in was very nice, friendly and knew what he has doing. He answered all our questions and did a great inspection.

Armand was Great Very professional and thorough his attention to detail is what impressed me and does great work His reports were very detailed and I would definitely recommend him and his company.

It is really a unique concept which was much needed to secure ones safety and the safety of the house as well. We should get our house inspected atleast ones to know the real time condition of our house. It not only reveals the hidden problems of the house, but also gives mental satisfaction that we are living in a safe house.

He was very patient and happily detailed every aspect of the home that needed attention. He also quickly pointed out items to look out for in the future. We will definitely be using their services again in the future!

This is the second time I have used Armand, from Summit Home Inspections, and would highly recommend him for your home inspection. Armand was responsive, on-time, thorough, and extremely professional. His detailed report was delivered within hours of the inspection and his price was very reasonable.

Armand is a fantastic home inspector. He is knowledgeable and also patiently explained the theory and the implications behind identified issues. Would use your services again and recommend your company and Armand to others.

Armand did a fantastic job with our inspection. HE was thorough, walking us through every important point of the inspection. The education that he provided was every bit as valuable as the inspection service itself. I highly recommend Armand.

Organized and fast service on great facilities. Goes the extra mile by stocking common car accessories in case you need a replacement to comply with home inspection.

He was great I'd recommend him to anybody that wants quality service

Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We had a few questions that were outside of his responsibilities as an inspector, but he was glad to tell us what we might need and how we could best fix the problem. If I could give seven stars, I would gladly!
