Exhaust fans are more necessary than you know and shouldn’t be overlooked!

Some older homes don’t have exhaust fans in the kitchen or bathrooms. Older homes have old fans that are so noisy, nobody turns them own. Adding or upgrading exhaust fans can make a home safer and more comfortable.

Let your clients know the value of the exhaust fan is designed to remove moisture and humidity from a room, but they also remove bathroom and cooking odors and reduce fumes from chemicals used for cleaning.

Excessive moisture on bathroom walls can cause paint to bubble, peel and chip and the excess humidity created by the shower can cause mold to accumulate.

Occasional cleaning of the exhaust fans are necessary to prevent dust buildup and reduce the possibility of a fire.
